This practice can change your life!

When we live in stress and endless bustle, we stop paying attention to the positive events that are in our life!

For example:

Wonderful birds singing in the early morning or a good weather and a beautiful sunset

We are too accustomed to seeing more negative than positive!

Many even begin to take care of their health only when everything is already very bad.

Do you understand what I mean?

I recommend doing this gratitude practice every day and writing at least 7 things you are grateful for.

At the end I will share in stories my notebook that I use for this practice 📓

It may be difficult to remember pleasant episodes that occur during the day, but over time, the habit of noticing positive events in the world around you forms by itself, consciousness receives a new positive on the positive!
